Our success is based on: +30 years on 5 continents, in 7 wars, through 13 humanitarian emergencies, in +60 countries. Our teammates employ experience and expertise to assess, plan and execute ‘best practices’ responses to meet any community’s needs before, during and after the emergency.

This is augmented by 911 ENS’ decades of experience in emergency response preparedness through recovery management at the tactical and command level.

    Experience
  • Potential DART member experienced in domestic emergency response and team leadership in overseas mission work.
  • Veteran of 32 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic; Fire Captain for 12 years.
  • Experience in providing emergency response to Special Rescue incidents and Fire/EMS response in and around Metropolitan Atlanta with Gwinnett County Fire & Emergency Services (GCFES). GCFES responds to more than 130,000 911 calls annually in both urban and rural areas with a population of over 1 million citizens.
  • Responded with GCFES as a member of the Georgia Search and Rescue (GSAR2) Technical Rescue Team 2 to local disasters including structural collapses with trapped occupants, trench collapses with trapped occupants, tunnel rescue responses, heavy equipment emergencies, swiftwater rescues as team member, and team lead for multiple rescues and recoveries.
  • Team leader for World Servants building hurricane shelters in rural Jamaica that doubled as churches.
    Domestic Response Experience
  • Domestic emergency response included 32 years as a career Firefighter and 24 years as a Paramedic.
  • Responded as called on by Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA) with GSAR2 out of GCFES. Responses included multiple tornado damage areas, structural collapses, trench collapses, flooding, and swiftwater rescues.
  • Assisted Federal and State of Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) as member of infectious disease response team and mass casualty transport team.
  • Assisted DPH with mass vaccine efforts during the COVID-19 response.
  • Over 32 years of operational work, logistics, incident command, and training.

A native of Miami, Florida, Dominic retired from a career in firefighting after 31 years. A Fire Captain and Paramedic for the Gwinnett County (Georgia) Fire Department, he continues in the field serving his community as a volunteer firefighter for the city of Jefferson, GA. Dominic brings his extensive experience in emergency management to help communities upgrade their 911 websites with our cutting-edge technology. He and his wife Natalie have been married for 25+ years and have three boys who are successful in their chosen vocations.
